JOB DETAIL

Plan and establish a management accounting and cost accounting center to support new business operations across multiple sites.

Oversee cost management and conduct cost calculation in the SAP system.

Prepare and analyze management accounting data to support business decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve profit targets.

Report directly to the Factory Manager / President / CFO / Head of Accounting.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Japanese: Excellent communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 level).

English: Good communication skills, both written and spoken.

Experience in launching new business operations in the manufacturing industry

Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with knowledge of cost accounting and cost variance analysis

Management experience collaborating with other departments—such as manufacturing, production control, and engineering—based on accounting expertise

Strong FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) capability

3–5 years of hands-on experience using SAP in daily operations
