JOB DETAIL

- Participate in setting organizational policies, operational plans, and implementation guidelines.
- Review, propose, and develop improvement initiatives to align with organizational plans.
- Report monthly policy performance, analyze problems and causes, and establish preventive measures.
- Plan, control, and monitor the performance of responsible departments.
- Manage production planning systems, production operations, warehouse and raw material management, and product delivery to achieve organizational targets.
- Oversee maintenance of machinery, equipment, and tools/molds to ensure readiness for use.
- Control product quality, minimize production waste, and reduce production errors to meet KPI and company objectives.
- Follow up on problem-solving in each department and implement preventive action plans (Action Plan) to avoid future issues.
- Execute cost reduction initiatives to meet company goals

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in production and factory management
- Strong leadership with a positive attitude, responsibility, integrity, and result-oriented management skills
- Proficient in computer usage and ERP systems
- Knowledge in GMP, HACCP, and BRC Packaging Materials
- Capable of managing and developing KPI systems effectively and sustainably
- Experience in quality improvement systems such as QCC, Lean, or Kaizen is an advantage
