JOB DETAIL
A. Marketing & Proposal Coordination
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal departments regarding marketing activities and proposal coordination.
- Manage daily incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring all correspondence is properly recorded and tracked.
- Communicate updates, new requirements, or changes from clients promptly to relevant team members for timely follow-up.
- Prepare, process, and monitor documents such as NDAs, EOIs, prequalification forms, and other client submissions.
- Support the preparation, formatting, and submission of proposals; track and follow up on bidding results.
- Maintain and update marketing materials (company profiles, brochures, presentations) and coordinate with designers to ensure consistent branding.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on potential business opportunities.
B. Visitor & Guest Coordination
- Arrange schedules, logistics, and special requirements for client and guest visits.
- Prepare and deliver company presentations to visitors.
- Coordinate meeting facilities, transportation, catering, and other event logistics.
C. Reports & Meetings
- Prepare and update weekly marketing and bidding reports.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including scheduling, room setup, online meeting links, and minute-taking (MoM).
- Generate and analyze reports as assigned.
D. Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Department.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by the manager.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing coordination or support role (experience in proposals/bidding is an
advantage).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Good command of English (written and spoken), minimum TOEIC 600 or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva)
is an advantage.
• Confident presentation skills, including the ability to present in English to clients and guests.
• Team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Fresh graduates with strong English proficiency are also welcome to apply.
