Sales Administrator (as a FMS - 'Fleet Management System' Solution Account Representative)
50% based in office, 50% visit client to get requirement and assist Sales Rep.
Team of 3 members

- Support sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations, enabling the team to dedicate their time fully to revenue-generating activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth business processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate sales activities and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, reports, and records accurately and on time.
- Assist in monitoring sales performance against targets and provide data support for analysis.
- Support the implementation of sales campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- Handle communication and follow-up with partners as required to support the sales process.
- Ensure efficient workflow, enabling the sales team to focus on direct revenue-generating activities.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team productivity.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics or any related field.
- At least 1 year of work experience as sales coordinator, sales admintrator, sales support or other related positions from Japanese company with good understanding of culture and work practices).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- If have knowledge in fleet management system or GPRS tracking system is a plus
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Intermediate level of English.
