JOB DETAIL

Manage accounting operations for factories across multiple sites in Thailand.

Handle accounting and tax matters for the Cambodia entity.

Oversee and improve employee training programs related to finance and accounting.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve profit targets.

Report directly to the Factory Manager / President & CFO.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience in factory or manufacturing accounting (electronic components industry experience is a plus).

Experience managing multi-site accounting teams.

Experience in financial reporting and tax compliance for Thailand and Cambodia entities.

English: Strong communication skills for smooth internal communication.

Japanese: Excellent communication skills (JLPT N1/N2 / N3)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management abilities.

High integrity, responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive work style.

CPA / CPD certification is a plus but not required.

Able to commute to the Saraburi head office by private car (company support for business trips and factory visits provided).
