JOB DETAIL

Plan and establish a management accounting and cost accounting center to support new business operations across multiple sites.

Oversee cost management and conduct cost calculation in the SAP system.

Prepare and analyze management accounting data to support business decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve profit targets.

Report directly to the Factory Manager / President / CFO / Head of Accounting.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Japanese: Excellent communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 level).

English: Good communication skills, both written and spoken.

Proven experience in management accounting and cost accounting, preferably in multi-company or multi-site organizations.

Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP accounting systems.

Strong team management and leadership experience.


High integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.

Proactive mindset with the ability to coordinate and manage teams across multiple locations.

Excellent communication skills in Thai, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management abilities.

Possession of CPA or CPD certification is an advantage.
