【Job Description】
- Serve as the primary contact for communication with the Japanese headquarters and overseas group companies
- Handle daily correspondence with the Japanese headquarters and overseas affiliates via email and phone
- Process regular orders
- Manage order intake and delivery coordination
- Adjust and confirm delivery schedules
- Receive and process prototype requests
- Handle general inquiries
- Prepare sales-related documents and provide sales support
- Perform other tasks assigned by the company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirements】
・Business level of Japanese（Upper intermediate level, equivalent to N1-N2 level）
・Intermediate level of English skills
・Bachelor's Degree in any
・Must have few years of experience in Sales Support or Sales Operation
