Team of 3-5 Member (Senior & Junior Staff)
Report to Thai & Japanese Manager

- Responsible for overall cost planning activities, tasks distributed between team members.
- Support company policies, such as developing policies of department (Section Policy) and setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Study and update costs for all new projects, including engineering changes (ECI), the impact of ECI on current models, PV activities, etc.
- Review and analyze the impact of new or current product models.
- Prepare quotations for direct business, direct export, after-sales services, sample parts for designers, etc.
- Analyze investment effects to be presented in FA and M/T meetings.
- Conduct cost reduction activities to support organizational goals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in accounting field.
- *Minimum 3 years of experience in 'Cost Control'.
- *Strong Cost Planning & Analysis Skills i.e. cost estimation, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Intermediate level of English. *As able to attend meeting and report to Japanese MD (If have TOEIC score 600 or higher will be an advantage).
- Able to work on 1-2 Saturdays per month depends on company's calendar.
Remark:
- Total Working Days per Year: 250 days
- Work Hours: Mon. - some Saturdays 7.30-16.30)
- วันทำงานวันเสาร์จะนำมาหยุดวันธรรมดาในช่วงวันหยุดยาว สงกรานต์และปีใหม่ 8-10วันของปีนั้นๆ
