•Drive sales revenue and marketing initiatives
•Manage daily branch operations efficiently
•Organize and oversee activities and events
•Plan and execute market visits and activations
•Build, enhance and expand customer relationships
•Control inventory stock and manage P&L responsibilities
•Maintain thorough documentation, including sales and management reports
•Utilize ERP systems and perform data analysis effectively
•Conduct staff training and monitor KPI achievement
•Communicate proficiently both internally and externally
•Ensure understanding and enforcement of company policies among staff
•Willingness and ability to travel within the region to meet customers

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Background in F&B or beverage sales preferred
Established network in Korat or strong belief in building one quickly
Ability to organize events and engage potential customers
Skilled in training on wines and spirits, Passionate about wines and spirits
Proficient in PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Positive, can-do attitude
Flexible with working hours, including weekends or evenings when needed
Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal transportation is a plus
Punctual, reliable, and professional in conduct
Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
Strong sales and management capabilities
Effective leadership and problem-solving skills
Proactive and business-oriented mindset
Passionate about wines and spirits (WSET certification is a plus)
Motivational and team-building abilities
