- Collect and analyze data and statistics related to warehouse and delivery operations.
- Efficiently manage warehouse space for optimal storage.
- Monitor and control inventory to prevent loss or discrepancies.
- Analyze shipping costs and evaluate cost-effectiveness.
- Compare delivery costs between company vehicles, outsourced services, and other methods to select the most suitable option.
- Propose new delivery methods that benefit both the company and customers.
- Supervise and ensure delivery operations align with company policies and support the sales team effectively.
- Minimize operational waste and prevent product loss through effective checking and counting processes.
- Manage staff to follow company policies and reduce employee turnover.
- Promote and support organizational quality initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and ISO.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or other related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics.
- Ability to plan deliveries, manage operations, and solve complex problems simultaneously.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to identify tools or methods to improve logistics operations.
- Good understanding of software and systems related to warehouse and delivery management.
