JOB DETAIL

- Sell Flavor / Seasoning to the Customer and serve as a link between Company and Customers.
- Build relationship with Customer’s Marketing, R&D, Purchasing and Management.
- Design the sales strategy and drive all actions necessary for its execution (add value to customers’ brands, offering new ideas)
- Responsible for price strategy, closing negotiations with at least standard GP
- Responsible for Sales Forecast (update forecast and annual budget)
- To achieve targeted sales and targeted new business.
- Protect existing business and establish new business/customers
- Identify and propose the establishing of new accounts.
- Regularly visit the customers (Marketing, R&D, Purchasing and Management)
- Reporting and filing sales activities to Sales Manager.
- Ensure customers’ satisfaction in all services.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Degree of Food Science, Product Development or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years in sales with at least 5 years in foods and beverages industry.
- Prior experience in handling regional accounts and , particularly in savoury and beverage segments, will be considered an advantage.
- Good command of English.
- Good interpersonal skill, good communication skill, positive work attitude.
- * Company car provided, along with fleet card for fuel and expressway tolls (for business use)
