【Main Duty】
・Strengthening the CNC Machine Department
・You will utilize my experience to achieve sales targets.
・Mainly find new clients

【Job Description】
・New Customer Development for CNC Machines: Sales activities targeting manufacturers
・Additional Sales to Existing Customers: Identifying and proposing equipment upgrade and expansion needs through regular customer follow-up
・Technical Proposals & Specification Selection: Proposing machine specifications suitable for customer products and materials, optimizing molding conditions
・Quotation Preparation & Price Negotiation: Strategic quotation preparation in competitive pricing situations and payment terms adjustment
・Demonstration & Trial Molding: Conducting actual machine tests at customer facilities and demonstrating molding quality and productivity
・Contract & Order Processing: Contract condition negotiation, technical specification finalization, and post-order progress management
・Delivery & Startup Support: Machine installation supervision, trial run adjustment, and operator training
・After-sales Service Sales: Periodic maintenance contracts, spare parts sales, and emergency repair support
・Competitive Analysis: Specification and price comparison analysis of competitive products and differentiation strategy planning
・Customer Support in English: Sales activities and technical explanations in English to foreign-affiliated and local companies

Report to Japanese

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・More than 8 years of sales experience
・More than 5 years of sales experience with CNC machines
・Intermediate Level of English　（TOEIC 700 UP）
・Must have Driver Licence and private car

【Advantage】
・Can Speak Japanese and Chinese
・Management Experience
