Manage global trademark registration and trademark portfolio.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in line with company policies.

Provide legal advice and support to various departments; draft and review agreements, contracts, letters, and other legal documents to support operations and minimize risks.

Handle business registrations such as change of directors, company objectives, MOC amendments, capital increase registrations, etc.

Prepare and organize Board of Directors’ meetings and Shareholders’ meetings, including drafting meeting minutes.

Monitor the validity and renewal of factory licenses, food production/import licenses, and other required permits.

Manage FBL applications and technology transfer reports submission to the DBD.

Update and summarize new laws for announcement to management and employees.

Conduct legal research, provide legal opinions, and perform risk analysis.

Support compliance audits, including PDPA.

Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government authorities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in both corporate legal and management roles.

Lawyer license is required.

Strong knowledge of international trade law, import/export regulations, and foreign business laws in Thailand.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Chinese proficiency (HSK 5 or above) will be an advantage.

Ability to travel to other provinces for legal matters (must have own car and valid driving license).
