JOB DETAIL

This is BOI-related office work, connected to import and export.
You will manage stock, reports, and master data under BOI rules.
Import/export experience is useful because the tasks are similar to trade document and report handling.

Tasks:
-Submit new and revised formula/BOM (Bill of Materials) via RMTS system
-Handle BOI cutting stock process, download vendor reports, summarize and transfer reports to suppliers
-Prepare balance reports (Customer and Supplier Sale Balance)
-Manage scrap process under BOI regulations
-Update MASTER DATA by mapping CAC Item Code with BOI Group Code
-Other tasks assigned by manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor degree in logistics, or related field (Logistics degree holders have advantage)
- Nearly Upper-intermediate level (Internal mail, systems and documents are in English.)
- More than 2 years of import/export experience

Advantage:
-Having working experience in manufacturing company (not a trading company)
-Experience in BOI
