- Machinery Maintenance: Oversee all machines, conduct preventive maintenance, resolve breakdowns promptly to maximize productivity and machine lifespan.
- Electrical Maintenance: Manage plant electrical systems (power, lighting, safety controls), perform regular inspections, and address issues to ensure safe and reliable operations.
- Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance schedules, analyze machine performance, and plan actions to prevent unexpected downtime.
- Team Management & Training: Lead and train maintenance staff, set targets, organize regular meetings, and enhance technical skills to improve efficiency.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work with production and engineering teams to align maintenance with production needs, plan during downtime, and minimize impact on operations.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all activities follow safety and quality standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field (Electrical focus preferred)
Minimum 5 years in maintenance, including 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role within automotive or manufacturing industry
Professional Engineering License (Gor Wor) preferred
Strong knowledge of machinery & plant electrical systems, CMMS, preventive maintenance, PLC, electrical drawings, and robotics programming
Familiar with automotive industry standards and ISO requirements
Good leadership, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and reporting skills
Knowledge of Power Electrical Engineering is a plus
