- Supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials and products to always be ready to meet customer needs.
- Assisting customers, handling transactions, maintaining inventory, and promoting products.
- Day-to-day tasks · answer customer questions about products, shipping schedules, serve customers upon delivery and handle returned good and refunds.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Support or related.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
- Intermediate level in English.
- Can communicate in Japanese will be big advantage.
