JOB DETAIL

• Making trial-test and report in English.
• Installation and setting the machine according to customer conditions at customer's plant with record and deliver invoice.
• Service and repair machine with making report.
• Investigate and resolve technical problems on standard products at customer site.
• Training for customers after installed the machine.
• Visiting customer record every time.
• Maintenance for demo-machine.
• Handle customer claims and complaints effectively.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Strong communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good service mind attitude
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical service and repair machine role, preferably within the Thai electronics or automotive manufacturing industries
• New graduates are welcome
• Positive attitude and growth-oriented mindset
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Driver's license
• Understand I/O program
• Basic knowledge of PLC
• Check drawing by software skill
• Communication in English
