- Most priority as a Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) for Financial & Accounting new system implementation and work across with all related department for project strategic & planning from end-to-end including for designing of IT architecture, Structure of Financial & Accounting and all related parties.
- Fully responsible in Financial & Accounting Management from end-to-end process including risk management, data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Manage the Treasury function including cashflow management and in particular ensure Financial & Accounting policies and related.
- Develops & improves financial strategies, company business processes to ensure the alignment in accordance with business plans, business objectives and company strategies.
- Execution for the gaps of corporate strategic & plans as well as identify critical issues/opportunities to provide strategic recommendations to executive management in the optimization for business improvement & development.
- Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
- Consultancy and cooperation for strategic decision-making, to optimization of department's KPIs improvement & development with cross-functional teams.
- Analyzes, develops, deploys, and standardizes for the best practices across the organization.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Experienced in implementation & new set up of SAP, ERP, Oracle, RPA, and/or related to Finance & Accounting programs is mandatory.
- Experienced in migration, implementation of Finance & Accounting system is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance is mandatory.
- At least 15 years of experiences and 5 years in Financial Controller/ Manager and/or management level, experiences in process improvement & development is mandatory.
- Holding CPA/ Audit Certificate is a strong advantage.
- Energetic with good judgment, problem-solving and decision.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in spoken and written in English. (TOEIC score 700 up).
- Flexible and adaptable.
