JOB DETAIL

- Translation & Interpretation
- Translate engineering-related documents and act as an interpreter in Thai, Chinese, and English
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in all translations
- Project Coordination & Tracking
- Develop and update control plans for new product development, including:
- Sample progress tracking
- Material readiness
- New mold development
- Mass production readiness
- Organize and follow up on engineering-related meetings
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, FAE, JEW) for project data
- Document Control
- Manage and archive engineering documents such as product specifications, design data, sample reports, and production transfer records
- Ensure documentation is systematic, traceable, and compliant with company standards
- Other Duties
•- Perform additional tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Linguistics, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of Chinese translation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in the electronics industry is a plus
- Chinese: Proficiency at HSK Level 4 or above
- English: Good command in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Knowledge of ISO standards (9001 / 14001 / 45001)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work under pressure
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to task completion
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented
