New position
Work with purchasing & product development team
Report to Sr. Manager (Thai, 34 years old).
Products: A variety of high-quality raw seafood and ingredients

Sourcing:
- Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers, both domestic and international, to ensure a diverse and reliable supply chain.
Negotiation:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best quality products at competitive prices.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and industry news to make informed purchasing decisions and forecast future needs.
Quality Control:
- Establish and maintain strict quality standards for all products.
- Conduct regular quality checks and work with suppliers to resolve any issues.
Compliance:
- Ensure all sourced products comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including HACCP, FDA.　
- Coordinate with Headquarter Quality Control.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and industry partners.
Logistics:
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products, managing shipping schedules.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance to management.
- Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 29-33 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, food science, or any other related field.
- More than 5 years of work experience as buyer of raw seafood and ingredients or related products and businesses.
- Intermediate Level of English.
