JOB DETAIL

Record and control accounting materials, check and analyze PL/BS, prepare tax report, support the preparation of financial closing report.
• Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files, reconciling accounts.
• Check and prepare payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts.
• Check and perform related tax applications and submit to Revenue Department.
• Generate and prepare monthly reports to support AR, AP, and other related tasks.
• Handle AP and AR Collection both of local and oversea.
• End close and prepare a Financial Statement and other related report
• Support financial closing management.
• Support Administration job
• Other tasks assigned by superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting
• Work Experience:
o 3 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor
o 10 years of accounting field.
o Proficiency in SAP system is required
• Language: English – must be able to read, write, speak, and listen fluently
• Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
o Experience in AP/AR, tax reporting, journal entries, and financial closing
o Familiarity with BOI rules, RMTS, and eMT system
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
