(Product : Employee Benefits Insurance / Group Insurance )

- The After Sales Services Manager is responsible for the business development efforts for life insurance products. This role involves managing and strengthening relationships with clients and insurers to achieve company objectives. The manager will oversee business development activities and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings. The focus will be providing effective employee benefit program and excellent after sales services, promoting health-related activities, and leveraging cross-selling opportunities

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the company's life insurance portfolio Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business development activities.
-Manage and support all team members for renewal procedure to achieve renewal policy target
-Advice and encourage the team to negotiate the term and condition of the policy including solving any problems.
-Provide training and support the team to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
-Ensure the renewal procedure and all documents are accurate
-Correspondence with the insurers in case the customers have any queries or request more information.
-Joining orientation session for new staffs / presentation as customer request.
-Handle Hotline 24/7 for all queries
-Promote health-related activities as part of client engagement and business growth strategies Utilize Line OA and other digital channels to enhance client communication and engagement.
-Prepare reports and presentations on business performance, sales targets, and market trends for senior management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

⁃ Bachelor degree any related field.
⁃ Experience in Life insurance business at least 10 years.
⁃ Excellent command of English
⁃ Good communication, strong negotiation skill, analytical skill and problem solving skill.
⁃ Excellent to presentation skill and able to manage relationship with Top-Management level.
- Life-Insurance Broker License is a plus.
- Experienced in dealing with labor unions.
⁃ Good in Computer literacy especially in Excel and Power Point.
⁃ Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
