JOB DETAIL
• Develop and implement sales strategies for domestic and international markets to achieve sales targets and align with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities, improve strategies, and enhance competitive advantage.
• Lead and manage the sales team, assign responsibilities based on competencies, monitor performance, and conduct annual evaluations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and market expansion initiatives.
• Oversee sales operations, including customer visits, negotiations, reporting, and issue resolution to ensure seamless sales execution.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, provide regular reports to senior management, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Plan and manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and support operational alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., logistics, production, quality, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment, support company initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and corporate policies.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry, with strong exposure to both domestic and international markets.
• Familiarity with food and beverage products, market dynamics, and sales strategies in competitive environments.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and evaluate team performance effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for dealing with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and adapt to changes in market conditions.
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics for strategic decision-making.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel for business purposes when required.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information; a role model for corporate values and ethics.
