-Oversee and control welding operations and testing procedures
-Assist with product qualification and certification
-Ensure welding processes comply with industry standards and internal quality requirements
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience (new graduates are welcome)
- Good communication skills in English [Toeic score is a must ]
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office)
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Able to communicate in English (TOEIC score of 500 or above is a plus)
- Computer literacy (e.g., MS Office)
- Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, Kaizen, and QCC methodologies
