Responsible for potential supplier audit.
Communicate the product quality standard and quality goals to supplier and ensure supplier achieve it.
Conduct annual audit of suppliers to ensure supplier quality is stable.
Implement supplier's PPAP phase audit, ensure supplier process and product meet our and customer's requirements.
-Establish in-coming inspection plan and limit samples with suppliers if need.
-Review all in-coming inspection reports, disposition, documented and control.
-Responsible for all supplier quality issues, review supplier 8D and monitor supplier quality improvement action and effectiveness.
-Responsible for training program for all IQC inspector (new inspectors and for all new products)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or related field
-At least 3 years working in automotive industry
-Familiar with mechanical process like die-casting, stamp, in-eject modeling.
-Familiar with supplier audit of VDA6.3.
-Practical problem solving with supplier.
-Quality tools&methods(APQP, FMEA, QFD, PPAP, risk evaluation…)
-Supplier Quality Management(SQM)
-Supplier audit with VDA6.3.
-Good skills in communication, result orientation, decision making, strong team work spirit, Strong leadership, familiar with different kind of analysis tools.
-Upper Intermediate of English both in writing and speaking.
