At a manufacturer of plastic/ resin electronic component, they are looking for Mold Repair & Machining Staff.

Job description:
-Repair, finishing, and assembly of plastic injection molds
-Machining of mold components using manual lathe, milling, and grinding machines
-Mold repair using laser welding
-Adjustments and corrections based on product drawings

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Must have more than 5 years of experience in mold repair, finishing, fitting and assembly.
-Must be able to use manual lathe, milling, and grinding machines
-Having experience in laser welding
-Able to read and understand product drawings
-Basic knowledge of injection molding
-Basic Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-English proficiency is not required (If you speak Japanese, it will be a plus)

Advantage:
-Supervisory experience
-Operation of NC machines (W/C, EDM, M/C)
-Experience in press mold repair
-Experience with CAD/CAM
