JOB DETAIL

1. Establish accounting and financial policies for the entire company in collaboration with the management team.
2. Analyze the impacts related to accounting and finance, and make decisions together with management.
3. Analyze and develop accounting and financial strategies, including setting investment frameworks to achieve the company’s goals.
4. Develop operational principles that positively impact the company’s accounting and financial practices.
5. Supervise and review the preparation of accounting and financial statements, and provide analytical reports for management use.
6. Manage the accounting and financial systems to comply with TFRS standards and ensure readiness for stock market entry.
7. Prepare and present summary reports on accounting and financial matters to management.
8. Analyze and plan investments, joint ventures, and both short-term and long-term accounting and financial operations.
9. Prepare and control the company’s budget.
10. Analyze the efficiency of operations such as asset management, inventory management, and raw material control.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Work experience in a public company.
-Pleasant personality.
-Holding a CPD/CPA license is optional, as the company already employs an external auditor and has a chief accountant with the required license.
-The position focuses primarily on financial analysis and planning.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience.
