Overview:
This position will be part of project management team and help project manager to oversee test activities of the complicated projects (18 sub-systems and 5 external (internet) systems, 5 internal (intranet) systems).
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the overall test strategy across functional and technical teams.
- Coordinate test planning, test case development, execution, and defect management.
- Ensure alignment of testing activities across streams (e.g., UAT, SIT, regression).
- Track test progress, report test metrics, and manage issues.
- Liaise between business users, QA, and development teams to ensure comprehensive coverage.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a test management or leadership role.
- Experience with ERP/large-scale system implementations involving multilayer sub-vendor environments.
- Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr).
- Excellent coordination, communication, and issue resolution skills.
