JOB DETAIL
Lead the development, execution, and management of the company’s overall financial strategies, including budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, financial risk management, human resources management, and administration to ensure resources are efficiently utilized to support the company’s short-term and long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
• Plan, prepare, and monitor annual budgets, ensuring budget compliance across departments.
• Manage cash flow to maintain adequate liquidity and financial health of the organization.
• Develop and improve financial processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.
• Oversee cost control initiatives to maximize cost efficiency and value for money.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and financial standards.
• Liaise and negotiate with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and other external parties.
• Build and develop high-performance finance, accounting, and human resources and administrative teams.
• Manage human resources and general administration to align with company policies and operations.
• Serve as a key advisor to top management on finance, accounting, HR, and administrative matters, supporting strategic decision-making.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, cash flow, and risk management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in corporate accounting, including financial statement preparation, monthly/year-end closing, and cost accounting management.
• Ability to supervise and provide guidance to the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Experience in human resources management, including workforce planning, manpower control, and employee development and labor law.
• Proven experience in general administration management, such as overseeing office support services, documentation, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excellent presentation, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and develop finance, accounting, and administrative teams.
• High proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
