JOB DETAIL

• Verify and provide accurate HS codes and required import licenses for goods.
• Provide professional consultation regarding customs procedures and documentation.
• Review and ensure accuracy of shipping declarations, certificates of origin under trade privileges, and import/export licenses from relevant authorities.
• Advise on customs privileges and related processes and documentation (e.g. Section 29, IEAT, FZ, Duty Drawback, Tariff Exemptions, BOI, Bonded Warehouse, etc.).
• Provide information and guidance on relevant customs announcements, regulations, and laws related to import and export.
• Handle and advise on the process of applying for import/export licenses from various governmental agencies.
• Understand logistics methods for import/export including FCL, LCL, air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and express delivery.
• Prepare import/export licenses for clients such as NSW data submission, LPI, and submitting FTA Forms to the Department of Foreign Trade or other relevant agencies.
• Must have completed training and obtained a valid Customs Specialist Certificate issued by the Thai Customs Department.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (related fields preferred).
• At least 3 years of solid experience in customs clearance, regulations, procedures, and import/export practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Proficient in checking and verifying import/export declaration forms.
• Must have completed certified customs specialist training and hold a valid Customs Specialist Certificate.
