Job Scope: Responsible for sourcing and developing new parts and vendors, managing cost reduction activities (VA/VE), overseeing the localization and price analysis process, and ensuring new part readiness aligns with production schedules.

- Request quotation of new parts (including E/C, VA/VE), select vendor, analysis parts/molds' price and make decision for price of new part and vendor.
- Source new vendor/suppliers, confirm new vendor information and issue new vendor application.
- Issue Localization List (VA/VE) and issue ECR for the cost reduction.
- Develop, Control, Follow up and perform required process of localized parts or new developed parts to push forward until vendor be able to start mass production smoothly according to production shift schedule.
- Verify localized parts of suitability of selection vendor including negotiation with vendor to submit the cheapest price
- Control new parts development schedule (Mold/Parts) to meet shift production schedule
- Carry out VA/VE and cost reduction
- Other tasks as assigned by superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- More than 5 years experience in procurement and purchasing from manufacturing company.
- *MUST have 'Cost Break Down Analysis' experience of plastic parts or aluminum parts.
- Intermediate Level of English.
- Business Level of Chinese *If have HSK certificate will be an advantage.
