[About the Job]
This is a Corporate Service Manager position at a subsidiary of a major Japanese corporation, specializing in investment projects within the infrastructure sector


[Job Responsibilities]

・Overseeing the Corporate Secretary & Administrative Operations team (3 members) and the Accounting & Tax team (4 members).


・Supervising the Gas-Fired Power Generation and Rooftop Solar Power business teams (4 members).


・Your report line will be Japanese MD and Japanese Corporate Service Director

[Scope of Work]

・Overseeing Corporate Secretary & Administrative operations, including HR, shareholder meetings, board meetings, general affairs, and IT security.
・Managing accounting and tax-related operations, including payments, bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, reporting to headquarters, audit report creation, tax filings, and tax audit handling.
・Monitoring and guiding teams to ensure smooth execution of these duties while proposing and implementing efficiency improvements to enhance organizational operations.


・Managing budget planning and performance tracking for the Gas-Fired Power Generation and Rooftop Solar Power business.
・Providing strategic support by monitoring business operations and performance across the team (4 members).

・Other tasks assigned by Japanese Corporate Director and MD

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirement]
• English Skill (Business Level: Must be more than upper intermediate level)
• Japanese Skill (Preferred)
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
• Other Requirements: Must have practical knowledge of HR, IT, accounting, and taxation. Experience in the power generation industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: Must have manager/senior manager/GM at corporate division(*Such as Backoffice division) of mid-sized or larger company, or VP experience at a Japanese company before
