JOB DETAIL

Customer Service & Communication
- Respond to customer inquiries from Chinese-speaking clients via phone, email, WeChat, and other platforms.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the Thailand Privilege Visa program, including application procedures, benefits, visa validity, and renewal processes.
- Assist clients throughout the onboarding process and during their stay in Thailand.
- Handle complaints or service-related feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Sales & Marketing Support
- Support marketing and sales teams during product launches, campaigns, and road shows targeting the Chinese market.
- Assist with content creation and adaptation for Chinese-speaking audiences.
- Help manage and translate content for Chinese platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu (小红书), or Chinese versions of the company website.

Translation & Interpretation
- Translate documents, brochures, marketing materials, and web content between Chinese and English

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese, International Business, Tourism, Communications, or any related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) — HSK Level 5 or above is required.
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience in customer service, translation, tourism, or hospitality is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset, problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency with communication platforms and tools such as WeChat, LINE OA, Email, and CRM systems.
- Understanding of Chinese culture and customer expectations.
