1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement MDT channel strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and optimize existing networks
- Analyze market trends to adjust strategies for competitive advantage.
2. Channel Management
- Oversee end-to-end operations of partnerships, including contract negotiations, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
3. Performance Optimization
- Set KPIs for sales growth, inventory turnover, and market share.
4. Team Development
- Lead a high-performing team of account managers, trade marketers, and analysts.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or channel management, with at least 3 years in a Director role.

- Strong background in home appliances, consumer electronics, or similar industries, preferably with TV product experience.

- Hands-on experience working with top modern trade retailers such as Power Buy, The Mall Group, and HomePro.

- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Language: Fluency in Thai and English (Report to VP and MD Chinese).
