As a CNC Engineer (Assistant Manager Level), you will be in charge of:
-The entire process from reviewing customer drawings*, planning the machining process, determining machining conditions, and performing manufacturing.
*The customers are mainly from CNC machine manufacturers, and high-precision machining manufacturers.)
-Understand the technical drawings from customers accurately and design the optimal machining steps, including machine and tool selection
-Handle CNC machine operations (including 5-axis and machining centers), including programming and actual machining.

Please note: Most products are one-off or prototypes (not mass-production), customized process planning and flexible setup are required for each case.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field
-Intermediate level of English

-Must be able to create CNC program.
(Experience only in setting up pre-written programs is not acceptable).
-Must have hands-on experience operating CNC machines.
-Must be able to manage the entire machining process based on technical drawings from customers.
-Must be capable of operating machines independently; this role is not limited to engineering work at desk.

-Experience in one-off or prototype manufacturing and customized process planning is highly preferred.

-Management experience is not required — technical skills and hands-on ability are more important
