JOB DETAIL
◦ Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with modern trade clients (e.g., DoHome, HomePro, Thai Watsadu), coordinate promotions, and enhance brand visibility.
◦ Sales Operations: Oversee end-of-the-end sales process, conduct store visits, monitor displays and stock, and ensure smooth delivery and payment coordination.
◦ Trade Marketing: Collaborate on in-store campaigns, manage product placement and promotional materials, and provide input on pricing and assortments.
◦ Market Insights & Strategy: Track market trends and competitor activity, analyze sales data, and suggest strategic improvements.
◦ Business Development: Expand product listings, support vendor registration, and strengthen brand presence in retail chains.
◦ Reporting & Documentation: Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and coordinate with internal teams for operational efficiency.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
◦ Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
◦ 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in modern trade or the electrical/construction materials industry.
◦ Basic knowledge of electrical products and their applications.
◦ Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
◦ Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
◦ Proactive, self-motivated, and results oriented.
◦ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
◦ Able to travel for store visits and client meetings as required.
◦ Having a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license is an advantage.
