Responsible for selling international freight forwarding services (both import and export by sea and air).

Maintain relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities.

Communicate with clients primarily via email.

Provide consultation on logistics solutions, customs clearance, and international shipping procedures.

Prepare quotations and follow up on potential sales leads.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.

At least 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding sales (Junior level) or more than 3 years (Senior level).

Having an existing client base is highly preferred.

Able to work independently without the need for training.

Strong communication skills via email.

Knowledgeable in import-export documentation and customs procedures.

Good personality, interpersonal skills, and negotiation ability.
