• Handle end-to-end air import operations, including documentation, coordination with airlines, freight forwarders, and customers.
• Manage and monitor customs clearance processes, including preparation and submission of customs entry documents, ensuring compliance with Thai customs regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate cargo delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all air import shipments.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues with the transportation or customs process.
• Communicate professionally in English, both in writing and speaking, with global clients and partners.
• Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and client-specific requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the sales, customer service, and finance teams to support billing and customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in air import operations, preferably in a logistics or freight forwarding company.
• Proven experience in handling customs clearance procedures and customs entry preparation.
• Strong knowledge of Thai customs regulations and import/export compliance.
• Good English is required.
• Microsoft Office and logistics-related software systems.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
