JOB DETAIL

1. Coordinate for Export Shipment process / Local delivery.
2. Prepare and check shipping documents / Sales Documents.
3. Check and control finished goods status before loading / delivery
4. Coordinate properly with the freight forwarder and the Inspection company to complete shipment on time.
5. Coordinate properly with the local transportation company to arrange delivery as requested.
6. Coordinate with the supplier and follow up on the order acknowledgement, shipment status, and shipping docs.
7. Additionally, support PR / PD Dept. to follow up on import shipment and process customs clearance.
8. Control and manage the Logistics Dept. Equipment.
9. Prepare an updated sales report for sales forecast, sales monthly, actual weight, and qty sold in each month and the whole year.
10. Other job assigned by a superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or other related fields.
- At least 3 years in general Logistics (Import-export), Shipping Document or Sales Coordinator, or Customer Service
- Good command in English (writing, reading, listening, speaking)
- Basic PC skills, such as MS Office.
