Products: Aluminum/Alloy Wheel, Knuckles, Bracket, etc.
Business Type: B2B Trading to OEMs
Report Line: Deputy General manager (Thai) → Director (Chinese)
Future Career Path: Project Manager or Commercial Manager
Number of Staff at Bangkok Office: 2
Number of Staff at Warehouse, Chonburi: 10 Report to Chinese management team in China.

Job Scope:
- Responsible for project planning, logistics coordination, customs documentation, and assisting with sales and financial tracking. *Cross-functional role requiring strong communication and coordination skills
- Coordinate production planning with manufacturers, and assembly plants.
- Manage customs documentation and delivery scheduling with suppliers.
- Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and settlement follow-up.
- Resolve quality issues with internal technical teams and communicate with OEMs.
- Participate in new product evaluations and approvals.
- Track production volume and manage cost adjustments each projects.
- Support general affairs, HR operations, and legal-related tasks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 3 years of work experience as Sales, Sales Support, Project Coordinator/Planner or other related position. *If have direct experience in automotive industry will be an advbantage.
- Required Chinese/English/Thai in intermediate level (HSK4, TOEIC score 700).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to travel for business trip 2-3 days/month. (Destination: Chonburi, Rayong, Chachoengsao). If have driver;s license & personal car will be an advantage.
