- Manage material planning, inventory control, receiving, and warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements based on production plans and customer orders.
- Oversee stock movement, including issuing, receiving, and storing materials according to company procedures.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and related departments to ensure material availability and minimize shortages or overstock.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems (ERP/MRP).
- Lead and develop the material control team to meet department goals.
- Analyze inventory data, perform root cause analysis of variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and audit standards in warehouse and material handling processes.
- Improve workflow efficiency and cost-effectiveness in material management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- At least 10 years of experience in material control, inventory management, or warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in lean manufacturing, warehouse safety, and material flow planning
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
