- Gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications; assess system impact.
- Analyze issues and limitations in the current business systems.
- Prepare technical requirement documents for internal team members.
- Support team members and clients during system implementation.
- Create project documentation for client handover.
- Identify the necessary developments or replacements needed for existing systems.
- Propose alternative solutions for business issues.
- Select suitable hardware and software solutions.
- Design and plan IT systems that align with business needs.
- Provide consultation and support during system go-live and real usage.
- Participate in SAP system implementation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP implementation.
- Proficient in tools and technologies such as database management systems, system analysis tools, and design software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to business requirement analysis.
- Flexible and adaptable to different working conditions.
