• Project management for air conditioner development
• Responsible for management tasks to ensure smooth progress of each project's QCD based on the plan and to achieve the goals.
• Currently, engineers in our company are also handling project management concurrently, but to improve efficiency and specialization, we are working on establishing a dedicated department.
• Collaboration with related departments at the Japan headquarters.
• Support for projects aimed at improving work efficiency (projects that leverage IT to enhance work efficiency).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in a project management position
• Experience in cross-functional tasks with multiple departments
• Engaged in duties as a playing manager
• Until the establishment of the Project Management Department is completed, no assistant subordinates are expected to be assigned.
• Communication skills, negotiation skills, coordination skills
• Practical experience with Microsoft Office"
• Knowledge related to the manufacturing process
• Basic knowledge of IT
• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform
• (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate [Desktop, Cloud])
• Experience operating programming languages such as Python
• Knowledge and experience with AI machine learning: creating training data for internal technical documents (data cleansing), applying models, verifying results, and running end-to-end processes leading to operational implementation
• Knowledge and experience in CAE (structural analysis, fluid analysis, refrigeration cycle analysis)
• TOEIC score of 860 or higher
• Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 level"
