'Supervise, oversee and manage 3 group of accounting
1. Accounting Operation Group
2. BOT Reporting Group
3. Policy Group

Key responsibilities and Tasks
1. Ensure an efficiency of accounting control and reporting on Bank's Financial Statements, taxation and other financial matters to related authorities.
2. Support management improving the branch performance by assisting in the presentation of Business plan and result checking.
3. Direct the preparation and use all tax records and information required for the proper completion of tax returns.
4. Control the reconciliation of all the types of accounts and investigation of the irregular transactions.
5. Co-ordinate with the relevant divisions to assist in term of either tax or accounting issues.
6. Co-ordinate with Head office staffs in settlement work and accounting issues.
7. Manage and supervise staff in division to run the related job smoothly.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking or Accounting or any related fields
- Minimum 15 years of direct experience
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
- Solid experience in BOT reporting and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in management team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill for cross-functional work
- Proficient English communication skill
