- Manage operations, budgets, manpower, and assets of the sales department (including the units responsible for credit assessment, handling existing customers, debt collection, and administrative tasks).
- Plan strategies and implement actions to improve the performance of each sales unit.
- Analyze performance data and results of each sales unit.
- Handle contracts with outsourced companies, including contract management and supervision of outsourced companies.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Age lower than 35yrs.
- 2-3 years of work exp. in Business development or planning.
- JLPT N2 .
- Skilled in designing work strategies with a strong focus on customer engagement, including proposing new ideas and innovative approaches.
- Proficiency in data extraction and report design using SQL or Altair SLC (WPS) is a plus.
