JOB DETAIL

1.) Plan and manage on-ground promotional activities such as small group farmer meetings, product demonstrations, trials, and other practical marketing events
2.) Visit farming communities across regions to introduce the company’s products, demonstrate usage, and build strong brand awareness
3.) Communicate product benefits clearly and effectively to farmers, ensuring correct usage and positive results that support the sales team
4.) Collaborate with the sales, technical, and marketing teams to ensure field activities align with company goals and regional strategies
5.) Gather feedback from farmers and analyze field data to improve promotional strategies and enhance product positioning
6.) Prepare and present field activity reports and insights to management on a regular basis

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Bachelor's degree or higher in Agriculture, Plant Science, Agronomy, or related field
2.) Minimum 3 years of experience in field promotion or product demonstration in the agriculture sector, specifically with plant supplements, disease control products, and insecticides
3.) Proven hands-on experience promoting products related to key economic crops such as durian, rice, cassava, sugarcane, and corn (with emphasis on durian and rice)
4.) Strong understanding of agricultural practices and regional characteristics across all parts of Thailand, with the ability to travel to neighboring countries as needed
5.) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical content to farmers in an easy-to-understand manner
6.) Strong teamwork and leadership abilities, with experience in organizing and executing field events
7.) Must possess a valid driver’s license (own vehicle is not required) for regional travel
8.) Flexible, proactive, and willing to work extended hours or weekends as needed to fulfill responsibilities
