Department: Procurement Center
- Focus on 1) Sourcing New Suppliers 2)Supplier Management 3)Strategic Procurement 4)Cost Management 5)Sourcing & Cost Down Activity i.e. Governance, Compliance, Contract Review.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers both domestic & overseas.
- Negotiate pricing, contract, terms & conditions with suppliers to achieve target agreement and cost down.
- Improve procurement efficiency through supplier development & evaluation.
- Establish relationship with group company procurement and engineer teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with suppliers to ensure reliable supply chain.
- Ensure contracts are complied with company's policy and legal requirement.
- Conduct market research and other procurement related tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering or other engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in *strategic procurement from manufacturing companies with experience managing & sourcing new suppliers and managing cost.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to visit domestic and oversea suppliers.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Able to work on some Saturdays depends on company's calendar (FY2025, 2 Sats. - (1 Sat. in June & 1 Sat. in Dec.).
