JOB DETAIL

- Oversee and manage dental laboratory production at the Chonburi branch.
- Implement management policies and ensure effective planning, production control, and customer service.
- Supervise and manage the branch team, including monitoring performance and behavior, making decisions, resolving internal issues, and coordinating with relevant departments to meet company objectives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in production management and branch or department-level supervision.
- Strong leadership skills, good interpersonal skills, a positive work attitude, honesty, and strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in using computers and office software.
- Willingness to travel to upcountry/provincial locations as needed.
