JOB DETAIL

1. Talent and Leadership Development:
- Design and implement talent development frameworks, including talent assessment, succession planning, and
career development programs.
- Lead the creation and execution of leadership development initiatives to build a robust leadership pipeline.
2. Performance Management:
- Develop and optimize performance management processes, encompassing goal-setting methodologies,
feedback systems, and evaluation mechanisms.
- Partner with HRBPs and leaders to ensure consistent and effective implementation of performance management
practices.
3. Competency Frameworks:
- Drive the development and integration of core and leadership competency frameworks, ensuring alignment with
organizational culture and strategic objectives.
4. Employee Engagement and Organizational Development:
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, data analysis, and action planning to foster a
motivated and productive workforce.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify organizational development needs and deliver tailored interventions
that support culture transformation and change management.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration and Capability Building:
- Partner with HRBP and People Experienceteams to enhance managerial capabilities and drive seamless
implementation of people strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic insights and recommendations on
organizational and talent development.
6. Project Management and Analytics:
- Oversee the planning and execution of multiple strategic initiatives while ensuring timely delivery and
measurable impact.
- Leverage HR analytics to inform decision-making, track progress, and demonstrate the ROI of talent and
development programs.
7. Continuous Improvement**:
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously refine and improve talent management and
organizational development strategies.
- Promote a culture of learning and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a specific focus on talent management and organizational
development
- Proven track record in designing and implementing talent management programs and leadership
development initiatives
- Strong understanding of performance management methodologies and best practices
- Experience in employee engagement program design and implementation
