JOB DETAIL

Accounting and Finance – 70%
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Prepare payment to vendor and record collection from customer
• Check and post reimbursement claim
• Review sales and COGS
• Prepare monthly reporting, PL, BS and audit schedule
• In charge for compliance matters, e.g. audit, corporate and personal income tax, VAT, transfer pricing and etc
• Liaising with banker with any bank matters, e.g. fixed deposit, bank guarantee, LC and etc
• Preparing budget and forecast reporting
• Cash flow forecast
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Human Resource – 30%
• Support in preparation of letter related to employee’s employment with the Company, e.g. Proof of Employment Letter and any other letter related
• On-Boarding process including signing of contracts.
• Provide office orientation to new joiner
• Payroll related
• Support and coordinate provident fund matters between company and employees.
• Annual increment and bonus letter
• Other ad hoc duties for HR related

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in accounting field or higher.
• Have CPD license (MUST)
• Experience in accounting software, SAGE300 will be an advantage
• Prefer to have at least 5 to 7 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance
• Experience in audit background for 2 years will be an advantage
• Good Business Acumen
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Good command in writing and conversational Business English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with relevant stakeholders
